Job summary

ResMed Inc. is seeking a Facilities & Maintenance Manager to lead the world-class fulfilment centre and oversee maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and automation systems.

You will manage budgets, vendor relationships, and a high-performing team, driving safety, energy efficiency, and continuous improvement while coordinating with regulatory agencies. On-call 24/7 coverage is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years in Facilities or Maintenance Management.
• Hands-on experience with electrical and mechanical systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support facility maintenance operations and automation upgrades.
• Oversee MHE installation/repair and building services.
• Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs with KPIs.
• Plan budgets, forecasts, bids, and contracts.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Be on-call 24/7 for critical issues.
