Job summary

Bally's Corporation is seeking a shift-based Facilities/Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and housekeeping teams, ensuring efficient operations across the property. You will schedule tasks and respond to emergencies, while coordinating preventive maintenance for all areas including the Casino floor and restrooms.

The role emphasizes physical activity, safe tool use, and effective communication with staff and management, with a focus on maintaining a clean, safe gaming environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain/maintain licenses/certifications (preferred).
• Must have excellent communication skills (preferred).
• Must be able to carry and communicate by two-way radio (preferred).
• Must be able to safely and effectively use hand and power tools (preferred).
• Must be able to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, and work in confined areas (preferred).
• Must be able to stand and walk throughout shift (preferred).
• Six (6) months of prior experience in a similar position preferred (preferred).
• Must be 18 years or older (preferred).
