Job summary

Bally's Interactive in Shreveport, LA is seeking a Facility Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance and housekeeping staff on assigned shifts. This role ensures smooth operation of the maintenance department and supports hotel-casino facilities.

You will manage preventive maintenance, respond to emergencies, and supervise cleanup of casino floors, restrooms, and gaming areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist Facility Manager to ensure efficient operations of the maintenance department during the shift
• Schedule and delegate assignments to maintenance and housekeeping staff
• Oversee preventive maintenance procedures and schedules
• Physically respond to emergencies (fire, power outage, gas leak, water leak, etc.)
• Oversee daily cleaning of the property including Casino floor, restrooms, slot machines, etc
