Job summary

Sam's Town Hotel & Casino in Shreveport, LA is seeking a facilities supervisor to ensure smooth operation of the maintenance staff during shifts. You will coordinate tasks, oversee preventive maintenance, and respond to emergencies across the property.

You will also supervise daily cleaning of the casino floor, restrooms, and other areas, while ensuring safety and compliance with regulations. Prior experience preferred; flexibility and good communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to carry and communicate by two-way radio.
• Must be able to safely and effectively use hand and power tools.
• Must be able to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, and work in confined areas.
• Must be able to stand and walk throughout shift.
• Six (6) months of prior experience in a similar position preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
