Job summary

Reyes Holdings is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Sumner, WA. You will perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and refrigeration equipment to meet required regulations.

The role also includes building-related tasks, lighting and data/power installations, and keeping the facility clean and organized. The position requires a High School Diploma or GED with 0–2 years of related experience; Electrical or Vocational Certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 0 to 2 years of related experience
• Electrical Certification or Vocational Certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and refrigeration equipment per regulations
• Perform building installation and maintenance including furniture assembly, data/power, plumbing and lighting repair
• Maintain interior and exterior areas through painting and refurbishing
• Repair, maintain/monitor equipment and amenities
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and modifications
• Keep areas clean and organized and service dock areas and HVAC systems
• Other duties as assigned

Job description

Schedule

Monday-Friday 7:00AM-3:30PM, plus on call as needed.

Position Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on various aspects of the business including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and refrigeration equipment to meet required regulations
• Perform building related installation and maintenance including, but not limited to furniture assembly, data/ power installations, plumbing and lighting repair
• Maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior of property by painting and refurbishing areas
• Repair, maintain/monitor all equipment and amenities
• Monitor and maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and modifications
• Keep areas clean and organized, including cleaning dock levelers, dock bays, pressure washing building surfaces, cleaning HVAC systems (interior and exterior) maintaining a clean maintenance department
• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience

• High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 0 to 2 years of related experience

Preferred Education and Experience

• Electrical Certification or Vocational Certification
