Front Range Community College (FRCC) is seeking a motivated Facilities Maintenance staff member to perform general building maintenance, landscaping, snow removal, and project support across Fort Collins campuses. The role supports HVAC, electrical systems, and refurbishment projects to keep the college safe and functional.

Responsibilities include painting, remodeling, equipment repair, and coordinating with Trades II teams. A valid Colorado driver’s license and background check are required.

Qualifikationen

• Two years of experience in an occupational field related to the work assigned.
• Substitutions: appropriate education or apprenticeship may substitute for experience.
• Lived Experience Qualifications: two years of working experience volunteering in related trades.

Aufgaben

• Perform general building systems maintenance and repairs (roofing, siding, doors, hardware).
• Assist with grounds, landscaping, snow removal, and exterior upkeep.
• Assist HVAC and electrical system repairs; read gauges and inspect equipment.
• Paint classrooms and remodel areas; manage project files and safety compliance.
• Assist custodial and equipment upkeep; organize inventory and supplies.
