Job summary

The role requires 3–5 years in facilities management, a Bachelor's degree, and an active Secret Clearance. Proficiency with MS Office is essential, along with strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years of facilities management or related experience.
• Experience conducting facility inspections and surveys.
• Experience coordinating maintenance, repair, or construction projects.
• Knowledge of facility systems (HVAC, electrical, mechanical).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare SOWs, cost estimates, funding documentation, and project packages.
• Coordinate facilities planning, maintenance, repair, and sustainment activities.
• Participate in design reviews and pre-construction conferences.
• Submit and track service tickets, work orders, and procurement actions.
• Coordinate contractor activities, site access, and scheduling.
• Conduct facility inspections and condition surveys.
• Monitor facility systems to support safe, compliant operations.
• Support safety, environmental, energy, fire protection, and security programs.
• Oversee facility service contracts and QA evaluations.
• Develop and maintain facilities metrics, reports, records, and dashboards.
• Review customer requirements and funding availability.
• Support strategic facilities plans and budget planning.
• Coordinate contractor site visits and stakeholder meetings.
• Support space planning and organizational moves.
• Maintain accurate documentation with stakeholders.
