Job summary

Exposition Park in Los Angeles seeks an Analyst II / Facilities Coordinator to analyze and coordinate facility operations, maintenance, infrastructure, and special projects. The role supports the facilities team by providing analytical, project coordination, and administrative assistance for maintenance, construction, real estate, and infrastructure needs.

Qualifications

• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Demonstrated experience interpreting policies, regulations, and laws.
• Demonstrated problem solving, decision making and critical thinking skills as well as strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to exercise a high degree of initiative and flexibility.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite programs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and coordinate facility operations, maintenance, infrastructure, and special projects.
• Independently perform and coordinate complex assignments and projects to ensure facilities are safe, functional, accessible, sustainable, and well maintained.
• Develop scopes of work and cost estimates; support procurement; monitor schedules and contractor performance; review invoices and change orders; track expenditures.
• Maintain project and contract records; establish project tracking systems, preventive maintenance programs, asset inventories, dashboards, and performance measures.
• Research and apply applicable laws, regulations, building standards, policies, and contractual requirements affecting facilities and construction (including accessibility, environmental review, sustainability, and climate resilience).
• Coordinate with State agencies, contractors, Park entities, tenants, government officials, and other stakeholders to address issues and advance facility improvements.
