Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of experience in facilities maintenance or related functions preferred.
• Knowledge of general maintenance methods, operating requirements and safety precautions.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and routine repairs.
• Respond to emergencies and on-call maintenance situations.
• Complete and update work orders in the CMMS.
• Inspect and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing and other facility systems.
• Collaborate with staff, contractors and Facilities Management to address maintenance needs.
