CHOR YFS, an affiliate of Apis Services, is seeking a Facilities Specialist to maintain our residential and community‑based facilities, ensuring safety, compliance, and reliable operations. You will perform preventive maintenance, respond to emergencies, and coordinate with Facilities Management to support staff and residents.

The role involves hands‑on maintenance, PM tasks, and occasional travel between multiple company locations. Strong organization and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of facilities maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and basic building systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain assigned facilities and support day‑to‑day operations.
• Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Complete preventive maintenance tasks and inspections.
• Track and close work orders using CMMS.
• Travel between company locations as needed.
