Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of building/grounds maintenance experience preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of building maintenance, preventive maintenance practices, facility systems, and basic repair techniques.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and complete general maintenance and repair of program sites, facilities, equipment, vehicles and grounds.
• Assist in ensuring agency facilities are safe, functional, clean, and compliant with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Support preventive maintenance activities for agency facilities, equipment, vehicles, and grounds.
• Maintain positive working relationships with staff, tenants, vendors, contractors, and community partners.
• Oversee work performed by contractors to ensure conformance to established specifications.
• Perform routine and comprehensive custodial maintenance to ensure a clean, safe, and professional environment.
