Qualifications

• 3–5 years in maintenance, property management, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs scheduled and emergency maintenance (painting, minor plumbing, lighting, HVAC, carpentry, electrical).
• Inspects HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire safety equipment, and building infrastructure.
• Responds to maintenance requests promptly; prioritizes by urgency and documents work.
• Troubleshoots issues, identifies root causes, and completes repairs.
• Maintains inventory and coordinates equipment and supply movement with teams.
