Job summary

The YMCA of Southern Arizona is seeking a Facilities Specialist to help maintain and improve our facilities, ensuring spaces are safe and welcoming for staff, members, and guests. The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, basic repairs, and adherence to safety protocols.

You will work with leadership to coordinate maintenance tasks, inspections, and safety measures, applying power tool know-how and basic HVAC/plumbing/electrical experience. The position is full-time with comprehensive benefits.
