Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ with a HS diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience preferred; 3+ years related experience required.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certifications within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions and report maintenance requests.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment; solid mechanical ability.

Responsibilities

• Follows opening/closing procedures and supervises in the absence of a supervisor.
• Performs preventative maintenance on electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Maintains clean, safe, and attractive facility; handles cleaning, painting, and yard tasks as needed.
• Operates related equipment and reports repairs or hazards.
• Sets up furniture/equipment for events and supports on-boarding of staff.
• Maintains professional conduct and participates in meetings and trainings.
