Job summary

Airbus Americas, Inc. is seeking a Facilities (MAC) Manager based in Mobile, AL.

The role oversees Move, Add, Change (MAC) activities across sites, coordinating relocations, space reconfigurations, and furniture or equipment adjustments to minimize disruption and maintain standards at the Airbus Mobile US Manufacturing Facility and other facilities. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in workplace operations, facilities management, or project coordination.
• Knowledge of industry trends, best practices and technology.
• Experience in occupancy planning or program management and delivery of tenant occupancy projects.
• Analytical and quantitative skills with ability to develop strategic solutions.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation and written communication skills.
• Understanding of space planning and occupancy restacks.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Interfaces with Management to develop opportunities for workplace solutions.
• Administer occupancy data collection studies and space planning reports.
• Conduct complex analyses and provide recommendations for facility planning.
• Lead projects for furniture test-fits and workplace usage solutions.
• Coordinate with FMRE team and external vendors.
• Prepare management presentations and track budgets and costs.
