• Maintains budget and reports labor hours, overhead, supplies, expenses, and forecasting.
• Directs supervisory management engaged in facilities programs and coordinates with contractors.
• Assists with plans, budgets, and schedules modifications including cost estimates, bid sheets and contracts.
• Ensures site meets budget goals on a sustaining basis.
• Acts as liaison between company, customers, clients, employees, and subcontractors.
