Job summary

SP+ is seeking a Maintenance/Service Associate in Milwaukee to support facility and shuttle operations. You will perform cleaning, snow removal, painting, and general upkeep to keep the site neat and safe.

The role involves assisting customers, resolving complaints, and sometimes serving as cashier. A High School Diploma and a valid driver’s license are required, with DOT Medical Card preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid state driver’s license with a current address and acceptable driving record.
• DOT Medical Card required.
• Availability for 2nd/3rd shift and weekends as needed.
• Reads, writes, and interprets English clearly.

Responsibilities

• Move shuttle buses for fueling, cleaning, and maintenance.
• Shovel, plow, or blow snow from entrances and ramps as directed.
• Paint facility surfaces to maintain neat appearance.
• Complete cleaning tasks per checklists to remove dirt and debris.
• Assist customers and resolve complaints with supervision as needed.
• Cover cashier duties and other duties as assigned.
