Job summary

Skagit Valley Casino Resort in Bow, WA is seeking a Facilities Shift Supervisor to oversee the overall function and cleanliness of all property areas, and to coordinate repairs and modifications. You will support the Director/Manager with scheduling, staff development, and cross-department communication while maintaining a professional, proactive service mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; specialized training or certificate preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum 2 years of facilities supervision experience at a comparable property.
• Experience with mechanical/electrical equipment, HVAC, plumbing, life-safety systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook and basic databases.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cleanliness and function of all property areas; coordinate repairs and modifications.
• Assist Director/Manager with programming, scheduling and timely implementation of repairs and cleaning duties.
• Support cross-department teamwork through effective communication, leadership and coaching.
