Job summary

The Skagit Casino Resort in Washington is seeking a Facilities Shift Supervisor to ensure the overall function and cleanliness of all property areas, and to oversee repairs and equipment modifications. You will support the Director/Manager in scheduling, repairs, and cleanings while building a strong team across departments.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of facilities supervision experience, strong leadership, and excellent customer service skills to maintain high standards of safety and

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; specialized training preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum 2 years facilities supervision experience.
• Experience in repair of mechanical/electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing or life safety desirable.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and email.
• Valid Washington driver's license with clean driving record.
• Strong customer service, communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to supervise and train staff and manage multiple tasks.
• Analytical, proactive and results-oriented.
