Job summary

Skagit Valley Casino Resort is seeking a Facility Maintenance Mechanic to maintain and repair building systems, ensuring continuous operation of essential services such as light, heat, water and climate control.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience at a commercial property, proficiency in plumbing/electrical/HVAC/refrigeration, and MS Office skills. A valid WA driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience at a commercial property.
• Knowledge in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, and life safety systems.
• Must be computer literate with Word/Excel. CMMS experience a plus.
• Must possess a valid Washington State Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment to ensure continuous operation of light, heat, water, power and temperature control.
• Identify and recommend necessary changes in facilities or equipment to improve reliability and safety.

Our Facility Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for performing maintenance and repair of all facilities and equipment to assure a continuous source of light, heat, water, power, and temperature control recommending necessary changes in such facilities or equipment.

High school diploma/GED is required. Must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience at a commercial property, knowledge in at least one of following or similar areas: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, and life safety systems. Must be computer literate with Microsoft Office programs like Word and Excel, eMaint CMMS system experience is a plus. Must possess a valid Washington State Driver's License and maintain an acceptable driving record in order to operate company vehicles.
