Job summary

The Skagit Casino Resort in Washington is seeking a Facility Maintenance Mechanic to perform maintenance and repair of all facilities and equipment, ensuring continuous light, heat, water, power and temperature control. A high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of experience at a commercial property are required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office is expected; eMaint CMMS experience is a plus. Must possess a valid Washington State Driver's License and maintain a good driving record.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; minimum 2 years' experience at a commercial property.
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, or life-safety systems preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; eMaint CMMS experience a plus; valid WA driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair facilities and equipment to ensure continuous utilities (light, heat, water, power, temperature control).
• Recommend changes to facilities or equipment as needed.

Facility Maintenance Mechanic

is responsible for performing maintenance and repair of all facilities and equipment to assure a continuous source of light, heat, water, power, and temperature control recommending necessary changes in such facilities or equipment.

High school diploma/GED is required. Must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience at a commercial property, knowledge in at least one of following or similar areas: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, and life safety systems. Must be computer literate with Microsoft Office programs like Word and Excel, eMaint CMMS system experience is a plus. Must possess a valid Washington State Driver's License and maintain an acceptable driving record in order to operate company vehicles.
