Job summary

Mark-Taylor is seeking a Manager of Facilities and Service (Maintenance Supervisor) at Elux at McQueen in Chandler, AZ. You will lead a team of Service Technicians, oversee hands-on maintenance, and ensure the community operates smoothly.

The role requires 2+ years of multifamily maintenance supervisory experience, strong HVAC and electrical knowledge, and a commitment to high standards and customer service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of multifamily maintenance supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, pool maintenance, and general apartment upkeep.
• Ability to resolve resident maintenance needs while delivering high customer service.
• Strong communication and leadership to collaborate with team, residents, and vendors.
• Attention to detail and commitment to keeping communities at high standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the leader for Service Technicians, Facilities Technicians, and Housekeepers.
• Oversee hands-on maintenance to preserve community value.
• Inspect and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, and appliances as needed.
• Manage make-ready, turns, and daily maintenance priorities.
• Schedule contractors and vendors; ensure safety and compliance.
