Job summary

Southern Land Company in Las Vegas, NV seeks a full-time Service Manager to oversee operations at Bria & Capella, a premier multifamily project. The role focuses on maintaining resident satisfaction, managing maintenance budgets, and leading a service team to deliver world-class results.

The ideal candidate will have HVAC/plumbing knowledge, OSHA/compliance awareness, and strong leadership and communication skills to drive upkeep, safety, and cost control across the property.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance experience and demonstrated skills.
• Experience managing a service team.
• EPA certification required for properties with A/C units, as well as pool operations.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain resident request system and accurate work order records.
• Operate community within budgeted guidelines.
• Lead hiring and evaluate service staff performance.
• Assist in preparing annual operating and capital expenditure budgets.
• Enforce safety policies and OSHA regulations.
