Job summary

McKenney's is seeking a Facility Services Manager to lead and develop Facility Service Coordinators across assigned customer facilities. You will drive safety, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence by mentoring FSCs, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring adherence to McKenney's standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or higher preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of leadership or supervisory experience in facilities operations or similar
• Minimum 2–3 years in facility services or related operational roles
• Experience recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and managing personnel
• Proven track record coaching team members
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders
• Knowledge of safety compliance, OSHA standards, and facility safety protocols
• Valid driver's license with safe driving record
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including on-call emergency support

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop Facility Service Coordinators.
• Provide operational support to resolve issues and remove roadblocks.
• Serve as liaison between FSCs and McKenney's support groups.
• Attend campus and customer meetings as needed.
• Promote consistent execution and customer service across sites.
• Support staffing plans, workload forecasting, and onboarding for new FSCs.
