Job summary

McKenney's Inc. is seeking a Construction Support Manager to lead the construction support team and ensure seamless delivery of administrative, operational, and customer-focused services across the organization.

You will mentor staff, drive process improvements, and collaborate with leadership, project teams, and clients to ensure exceptional performance and quality. The role involves coordinating with ERP migration efforts and implementing best practices in documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in administrative, operations, or project support roles, including at least 2 years in a leadership position.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Smartsheet, and Tableau.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and develop a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience creating job plans, interviewing, and hiring.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Construction Leadership to structure the construction support team and cross-train team members.
• Develop Team Leads to steer the branches of the construction support team.
• Lead, manage, and develop support staff with coaching and evaluations.
• Oversee daily workflow for timely, accurate admin and project support tasks.
• Act as liaison between project managers, field teams, and internal departments.
