McKesson is seeking a Senior Facilities Representative to ensure safety, reliability, and high operational performance in a high-volume distribution center in the United States. You will troubleshoot, maintain, and upgrade facility infrastructure and material handling systems while collaborating with Operations, Safety, Security, and external vendors.

You will lead preventive maintenance programs, manage work orders, and support regulatory inspections to drive cost-saving improvements and asset

Qualifications

• Typically requires 3+ years of related experience.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and building systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and equipment manuals.
• Working knowledge of OSHA safety requirements and facility maintenance best practices.
• Experience using CMMS and documenting maintenance activities.

Responsabilités

• Perform advanced troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of facility infrastructure and building systems.
• Execute preventive maintenance programs to improve reliability and reduce downtime.
• Inspect and maintain life safety systems (lighting, extinguishers, doors, signage, sprinklers).
• Support warehouse operations by addressing facility and equipment issues.
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, and service providers for maintenance work.
• Assist with upgrades, installations, renovations, and continuous improvement.
