Job summary

Klamath Tribal Health & Family Services is seeking a Facilities Worker to perform janitorial, maintenance and security duties at designated buildings. Responsibilities include cleaning, reporting incidents, and ensuring safety for patients and staff.

Minimum qualifications require a High School Diploma or Equivalent, a valid Oregon Driver's License, and completion of Unarmed Security Training within six months of hire; Indian Preference will apply.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Must have valid Oregon Driver's License or be able to obtain one within 90 days of hire.
• Unarmed Security Training within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Guard against theft, vandalism, fire and unauthorized entry; report hazards.
• Monitor and patrol areas to ensure safety of patients and staff.
• Warn violators of policy infractions such as loitering or smoking.
• Respond to disturbances or threats and escort disruptive individuals.
• Escort departing personnel to vehicles for safety.
