Job summary

The Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde is seeking a custodian to protect and preserve Tribal buildings and grounds. The role supports a safe and professional environment for staff and Tribal members, performing custodial tasks and routine maintenance.

Essential duties include operating basic equipment, responding to issues, and assisting with event setup. A High School diploma or GED and two years' experience are required, plus an Oregon driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School diploma or GED and two years of related experience.
• Must maintain a valid Oregon driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to operate basic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform custodial and maintenance tasks to keep facilities safe, clean and professional.
• Operate equipment such as lawn mower and tractor for grounds upkeep.
• Assist with event setup/teardown for clinic functions as needed.
• Respond to alarms or issues and report to supervisor promptly.
