The Tulalip Tribes is seeking a Facilities Maintenance technician responsible for maintaining and repairing mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life safety systems. You will perform basic facility repairs such as painting and carpentry, ensure safety across tribal buildings, and handle daily work orders while coordinating with other departments.
Qualified candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED, plus about 1 year of remodeling and facilities experience.

Facilities Maintenance
Responsible for maintenance and repair of mechanical systems including but not limited to HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and Fire/Life safety systems. Basic facility repairs in, but not limited to, painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling (HVAC), and hydraulic system. Maintain a safe environment of all Tribal Government buildings and occupants. Maintain open communications with other departments and complete daily work orders (repair and maintenance assignments) in a timely fashion in accordance with policy standards. Contact with tribal community, which may involve interactions with children, adults and vulnerable populations.
$20.00 hr.
