Job summary

Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. is seeking a Facility Support Worker to join the Facility Support team at Mills River.

You will perform daily and periodic cleaning across brewery and restaurant spaces, including restrooms, entrances, and outdoor areas, ensuring a clean, safe environment. The role involves assisting with larger cleaning projects, operating standard janitorial equipment, and supporting sustainability programs like Hop Forward.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and follow SOPs and GMPs.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily and periodic housekeeping and sanitation tasks.
• Manage waste streams and support Hop Forward sustainability program.
• Maintain outdoor spaces with power washing and seasonal cleaning.
• Operate forklifts and cleaning equipment safely.
• Identify maintenance needs and perform minor repairs.
• Follow safety and quality protocols.
