Job summary

YWCA Cass Clay is seeking a Full Time Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance, safety, and operations across all YWCA facilities and vehicles. This role includes scheduling preventative maintenance, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

You will work closely with the Finance Director on maintenance budgets, supervise inspections, and ensure timely updates to records.

Qualifications

Minimum of three years of applicable maintenance experience; technical associate degree preferred.
Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and insurable driving record.
Ability to read and interpret safety regulations, operating and maintenance instructions and blueprints.
Excellent oral and interpersonal communication skills.
Understanding of, appreciation for, and support of the mission of the YWCA Cass Clay.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day facility and maintenance operations, including preventative maintenance plans.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance and grounds.
Oversee inspections, safety, and compliance with policies and procedures.
Work with Finance to prepare budgets for maintenance plans.
Maintain records of inspections, repairs, warranties, and maintenance activities.
Respond to facility incidents and coordinate with stakeholders.
