Job summary

YWCA Cass Clay is seeking a full-time Program Director to oversee planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of programs. Working with the Chief Program Officer, you will align programs with the mission, goals, and budget while ensuring quality and compliance.

You will supervise staff, foster a diverse, inclusive team, manage budgets, and engage with partners and donors to advance program outcomes and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in program management with staff supervision.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with budget oversight and management.
• Ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of YWCA programs.
• Lead program leadership, ensure quality, and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Monitor outcomes and assist in reporting internal and external results.
• Develop and manage program budgets with the CPO and leadership.
• Build relationships with partners, donors, and government agencies.
