ADP, Inc. in Batesville, AR seeks a Facility Coordinator to assist with the Environment of Care Program and coordinate activities of Maintenance, Construction and Security to ensure efficient hospital operations.

Reporting to the Director of Plant Operations, you will gather monthly EOC data, ensure regulatory compliance, support fire drills and safety training for WRMC staff, and help maintain policy manuals and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or GED.
• Two to five years of office experience with word processing and computer skills.
• Good problem solving and negotiating skills.
• Verbal ability to communicate with staff, patients, guests, and management.
• Ability to comprehend a wide range of subjects.
• Good organizational skills and ability to follow state/federal standards.
• Must be fit for duty and free of illegal substances.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Assists in coordinating and maintaining the Environment of Care Program.
• Coordinates activities of Maintenance, Construction and Security.
• Helps compile monthly data for the EOC committee.
• Monitors rules and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Coordinates fire and disaster drills.
• Supports safety training needs of staff through orientation and training.
• Maintains policy and procedure manuals for Maintenance and Security.
• Maintains time/attendance and scheduling for maintenance personnel.
• Assists the Director with clerical functions.
