Job summary

You will coordinate Maintenance, Construction and Security activities to ensure high quality and efficient operation of hospital services. The role requires 2–5 years of office experience, word processing and computer skills, and the ability to work with State and Federal standards.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or GED.
• 2–5 years of office experience with word processing and computer skills.
• Good problem solving and negotiating skills.
• Verbal ability to communicate with staff, patients, guests, and management.
• Ability to comprehend a wide range of subjects.
• Good organizational skills.
• Ability to work from State and Federal standards and guidelines.
• Must be able to report to work fit for duty and free of any adverse effects of illegal drugs, medical marijuana, prescription medication, and/or alcohol.
• Must be able to effectively communicate both orally and in writing with other individuals.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Environment of Care Program personnel and activities.
• Assist in coordinating all activities of the Environment of Care Program.
• Assist in compiling monthly data for the EOC committee.
• Assist in monitoring rules and regulations from governing bodies for compliance.
• Coordinate all fire and disaster drills.
• Support safety training needs of WRMC staff through orientation and annual sessions.
• Maintain policy and procedure manuals for Maintenance and Security.
• Assist in scheduling maintenance and security personnel; assist the Director with clerical tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information as required.
