Job summary

Vantage Mobility LLC is seeking a Facilities & Safety Manager to own the safety program and facility reliability across production environments. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage maintenance plans, and ensure regulatory compliance, while driving cost control and continuous safety improvements.

The role requires hands-on knowledge of building systems, Lean/5S experience, and strong leadership to develop Supervisors and staff in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years in Facilities Management, Safety, or Environmental Health.
• 5–7 years’ experience in facilities/safety management within manufacturing, automotive, or maintenance.
• Safety certifications (CSP, CIH, NEBOSH) preferred.
• Hands-on knowledge of building systems.
• Experience applying Lean/5S and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Safety Program in partnership with the Safety Supervisor and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee all facility systems and preventive/predictive maintenance programs.
• Plan capital projects within budget and schedule; manage vendor contracts.
• Track KPIs and use data to drive continuous improvement and cost control.
• Lead and develop Supervisors and staff; ensure required training and certifications are maintained.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support throughput and audit readiness.
