Job summary

Valeo is seeking a Facility Maintenance Manager to lead a large automotive manufacturing site, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operation across maintenance, utilities, and infrastructure. You will drive uptime and compliance while controlling operating costs.

You will oversee preventative maintenance, energy management, and vendor contracts, with a focus on improving maintenance processes and training staff to meet safety standards.

Qualifications

• Mechanical skills demonstrated in maintaining large-scale facilities.
• Experience in planning and maintaining facility budgets.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field preferred.
• 5–10 years' experience in an industrial, process or facility environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, utilities, infrastructure and support operations to maximize uptime.
• Lead preventative maintenance and Kaizen actions to improve maintenance efficiency.
• Manage energy consumption and prepare the energy budget for future years.
• Support site quotes, specifications and construction; manage facility-related projects.
