Job summary

PRC Baker Places in San Francisco, CA, seeks a Facilities Manager to oversee all property maintenance for the main office and program sites. The role serves as Safety Officer, leading safety training and managing the Health and Safety program while supervising ~3 Facility Technicians.

Responsibilities include maintaining building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing), coordinating with vendors, and ensuring compliance with codes and licensure standards.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in facilities management and building operations.
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating vendors/contractors.
• Knowledge of safety, health, and fire life safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of all building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire life safety.
• Develop preventative maintenance schedules with leadership.
• Supervise technicians and monitor contractor performance.
• Maintain records, manage work orders, and coordinate notices for repairs.
• Ensure 24/7 emergency on-call readiness and safety programs.
