Job summary

Partnership for Families, Children & Adults is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance activities and lead a team in a nonprofit setting. The role requires 3–5 years of experience in facilities maintenance and prior supervision experience, with knowledge of building systems and safety compliance.

The position is in-person at our Chattanooga, TN location. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, and technical training or certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical training or trade certification preferred.
• 3–5 years of progressively responsible facilities maintenance experience.
• Experience supervising maintenance staff.
• Experience in nonprofit/healthcare/shelter or victim services setting preferred.
