Job summary

Precise Systems Inc. seeks a Facilities Specialist to support our Crane, IN offices.

You will oversee daily facilities operations, maintenance coordination, space management, and vendor liaison to maintain a safe, compliant workplace in a government contracting environment. The role requires 2–5 years’ facilities experience, OSHA knowledge, lifting ability, and the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Occupational Health & Safety, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• OSHA 10/30 certification preferred or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Facilities Operations & Maintenance: support daily office operations, space management, furniture moves, shipping/receiving, access control.
• Workplace Safety & Compliance: assist with OSHA/DoD/client safety requirements, inspections, and incident documentation.
• Project & Space Management: assist in office moves, space builds, and reconfigurations; maintain inventory of equipment and furniture.
• HSE: promote workplace safety culture, ergonomic assessments, sustainability initiatives.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management

Equivalent combination of education and experience

OSHA 10/30 certification preferred
