Job summary

Arrive Logistics is seeking an Associate Facilities Coordinator to support a safe, clean, and functional office environment in downtown Chicago. You will assist with maintenance, space planning, and safety policy implementation to ensure smooth daily operations.

The role requires collaboration across teams, ability to manage tickets, and support for moves and ergonomic setups. Relocation packages are available for non-local candidates, with a comprehensive benefits program.

Qualifications

• Experience with project management, vendor management, security, or maintenance.
• Able to communicate and collaborate effectively with members at all levels of the company.
• Proven ability to prioritize and complete projects and objectives from start to finish in a fast-paced environment.
• Normal mobility, manual dexterity, and normal visual and auditory ability.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and safely utilize assisting devices for heavier projects.

Responsibilities

• Maintains physical space by ensuring employees have a safe, clean, and functional environment.
• Perform minor maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Ensures assigned site systems and equipment are in proper working order and available for use.
• Performs routine interior walkthrough and site inspections to ensure Arrive's standards of safety and cleanliness are upheld.
• Performs routine exterior patrol between offices.
• Assists with site shipping & receiving services and applications.
• Receives and processes facilities tickets and requests; resolves problems quickly.
• Participates in emergency preparedness planning and ensures safety standards are followed.
• Maintains inventory of supplies and reorders as needed.
• Assists with and tracks office space, moves, and ergonomic equipment placement.
• Other duties as assigned by Director of Facilities and Leadership team.
