Arrive Logistics is seeking an Associate Facilities Coordinator to support a safe, clean, and functional office environment in downtown Chicago. You will handle minor maintenance, space planning, and safety policy execution to keep operations smooth.

Ideal candidates bring experience in facilities, security, or maintenance and can coordinate with vendors and team members across levels. This role offers a collaborative culture with comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Experience with project management, vendor management, security, or maintenance experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains physical space by ensuring employees have a safe, clean, and functional environment.
• Performs minor maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Ensures assigned site systems & equipment are in proper working order and available for use.
• Performs routine interior walkthrough and site inspections to ensure Arrive’s Standards of safety, cleanliness, and functionality are upheld.
• Performs routine exterior patrol between offices.
• Assists with site Shipping & Receiving services and applications.
• Receives and processes Facilities tickets and requests; ensures problems are resolved quickly and efficiently.
• Participates in emergency preparedness planning and ensures safety standards are followed throughout the facility.
• Maintains inventory of supplies; reorders as needed.
• Assists and tracks office space, completes team moves, and moves any ergonomic equipment and standing desks to ensure ease of transition for the employee.
