Job summary

Panthers Partnership seeks a Safety & Compliance Coordinator to ensure regulatory, safety, and operational standards are met across venues. You will manage compliance records, coordinate inspections, and maintain SOPs to protect guests and staff.

This full-time role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, or holidays. You will lead safety committees and support audits and training efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in a compliance, safety, or administrative role.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when necessary.
• Must pass pre-employment screens.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular facility safety walkthroughs and identify hazards.
• Coordinate maintenance and inspection of safety equipment and alarms.
• Lead emergency plans, drills, and incident reporting.
• Draft, update, and distribute SOPs across departments.
• Train staff on new or revised SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Schedule and oversee inspections, address findings with teams.
• Monitor OSHA, ADA, and fire safety compliance.
• Coordinate health & safety committees, schedule meetings, document minutes.
• Maintain records of inspections, certifications, and training.
• Prepare audit documentation and assist with internal/external reports.
• Assist with safety communications and training materials.
