The Facilities & Residential Property Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day oversight and upkeep of organization-owned and leased residential properties used for staff housing, while also providing general maintenance and facilities support throughout the organization.
The position serves as the primary facilities contact for staff housing and is responsible for ensuring residential properties are well maintained, appropriately furnished, and ready for occupancy. When residential property responsibilities do not require the employee's full attention, the position supports the Facilities Department with routine maintenance, cleaning, supply management, and other operational needs.
