Job summary

The New England Center for Children (NECC) in Southborough, MA, is seeking a Direct Care & Education team member for full-time evenings and overnight shifts. This role offers on-site work and includes a $2,000 sign-on bonus, with paid training and opportunities to advance within education, ABA, and human services.

As a BHT, you’ll teach communication, social, and daily living skills using ABA, build positive relationships, and collaborate with educators and clinicians to support individualized

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Compassion, patience and dedication to help autistic students who engage in challenging behaviors.
• Valid Driver’s License + personal vehicle.
• American Red Cross CPR (can be completed with us during your first 6 months)
• NECC CALM training — Physical and Verbal De-escalation training and MAP Certified
