Job summary

Titan International, Inc. in Bryan, Ohio, seeks a Facility Maintenance Manager to maximize plant and equipment availability and to ensure production security in line with company policies and safety and environmental requirements.

The role leads the maintenance team, coordinates inspections, maintains maintenance logs, participates in budgeting, and ensures equipment remains safe and operable through preventive and corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred or equivalent training and experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in facility maintenance.
• Experience in estimating maintenance and repair costs a plus.
• Ability to lead a multi-task team and supervise technically.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal/communication skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage direct reports to maintain high safety standards.
• Coordinate annual fire safety inspections and follow up on deficiencies.
• Develop and review site maintenance logs and records.
• Supervise facilities inspections with supervisors and safety professionals.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance per procedures.
• Participate in annual safety and budget planning.
• Ensure equipment is safe, operable and replaced when needed.
