Job summary

US Nitrogen, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the safety-oriented maintenance team at our Tennessee facility, coordinating mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation activities and aligning with operations and engineering to meet daily and shutdown needs.

The role requires extensive maintenance leadership, strong communication, and a proven track record in cost control and reliability improvements, with a focus on training and mentoring staff for long-term plant uptime.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering preferred with extensive maintenance experience.
• 7+ years of maintenance experience in a chemical plant setting.
• Strong leadership and safety management skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety of employees and communities as top priority.
• Plan and optimize maintenance programs for cost, safety, and reliability.
• Coordinate maintenance for mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation activities.
• Establish and monitor metrics for maintenance and reliability.
• Develop training regimens for maintenance staff.
• Direct maintenance staff and implement best practices.
• Plan and schedule program effectiveness using benchmarks.
• Control expenditures within budget and forecast maintenance needs.
• Coordinate outside resources and contractors.
• Collaborate with engineering for capital project execution.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
