Auto Club Enterprises, the leading club within AAA, seeks a Facilities Transaction and Planning Coordinator to serve as the primary coordination point for the Real Estate team. You will verify task completion and proactively support stakeholders involved in Real Estate Planning, Construction, Facilities, and Real Estate transactions.

Prepare meeting packets, maintain documentation, track action items, and ensure timely completion of work.

Formación

• 2–3 years of practical experience in Real Estate, Facilities, or project coordination roles.
• Experience with purchase orders and transaction creation and tracking.
• Knowledge of Real Estate or Facilities preferred; basic proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate meetings, prepare monthly meeting packets, take minutes, track action items and follow up on outstanding items.
• Track key dates, deliverables and documentation for Real Estate/Facilities projects and transactions.
• Create purchase orders, process invoices, maintain payment trackers and vendor information.
• Support Real Estate and Facilities teams on larger initiatives and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders.
