Job summary

The Diocese of Fall River is seeking a Project Lead to support the Office of Facilities and Real Estate in planning, coordinating, and advancing facilities, construction, and real estate projects across diocesan properties. The role focuses on stewardship, safety, compliance, and cost-effectiveness in a mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree or equivalent in facilities/related field; Bachelor’s preferred.
  • Minimum years of experience supporting facilities, construction or property management.
  • Project management certification or related professional development preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate facilities, construction, repair, and real estate projects from start to close-out.
  • Define scope, goals, timelines, budgets, approvals, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Track schedules, invoices, change orders, and completion status.
  • Conduct site visits to assess needs and support timely resolution.
  • Prepare updates and status reports for the Director of Real Estate and Facilities.
