Job summary

Fall River Diocese is seeking a Project Lead to support the Office of Facilities and Real Estate in planning, coordinating, and advancing facilities, construction, maintenance, renovation, and real estate projects across diocesan properties.

The role requires hands-on coordination with parishes, schools, ministries, vendors, contractors, architects, engineers, and internal departments, emphasizing project management, building systems knowledge, safety, and mission alignment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in facilities management, construction management, PM, engineering, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years in facilities/construction/maintenance, or related ops.
• Experience with parishes, schools, nonprofit or religious institutions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate facilities, construction, repair, maintenance, renovation, and real estate projects from start to close.
• Define scope, goals, timelines, budgets, approvals, milestones, and deliverables.
• Track schedules, action items, invoices, change orders, and status.
