Job summary

AAON, Inc. is seeking a Project Support Associate to assist with manufacturing, facilities and capital projects onsite in Tulsa, OK. The role supports installation, maintenance, relocation, and equipment commissioning while ensuring safety and quality compliance.

You will read blueprints, operate tools, and coordinate with engineering, operations, and contractors to drive project execution and continuous improvement across facilities and production environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2+ years in manufacturing or facilities support.
• Experience with electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, or mechanical systems preferred.
• Certifications in material handling, Lockout/Tagout, rigging, welding preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation, maintenance, and relocation of manufacturing equipment.
• Read blueprints and interpret drawings to support project execution.
• Operate hand and power tools and use measuring instruments.
• Maintain records of project activities and materials usage.
• Coordinate with engineers, operations, and contractors to drive tasks.
